Wren Warne-Jacobsen began skating when she was 5 years old at the Bemidji Figure Skating Club and she started competing at age 7. She moved to the Minneapolis-St. Paul area when she was 10 to pursue full time training.


She is a 7-time Minnesota State Champion, a 3-time Upper Great Lakes Regional Champion, 5-time Regional Medalist, Midwestern Sectional Champion and a 2-time Sectional Medalist and is a 3-time U.S. Figure Skating Championships competitor. In 2019 she qualified for and competed at her second U.S. Figure Skating Championships where she finished 3rd in the Junior Ladies Freeskate and 5th in the country overall. In 2022 she qualified for and made her senior debut at the U.S. Figure Skating Championships in Nashville, TN.


Wren graduated high school in 2022 and was Salutatorian of her class at Minnesota Virtual Academy. She has been accepted at the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities and is enrolled for the Fall 2022 term, where she will study Political Science, Government and Law.

Her other interests include being outdoors, reading fantasy novels, spending time with her family and friends and her cats Cole and Schulyer.
