Wren Warne-Jacobsen began skating when she was 5 years old at the Bemidji Figure Skating Club and she started competing at age 7. She moved to the Minneapolis-St. Paul area when she was 10 to pursue full time training.

She trains in Shakopee, Minnesota and is coached by Lorie Charbonneau, Chris Conte, Kate Charbonneau Shurts, Debbie Warne-Jacobsen, Amanda Peterson. Wren represents Go4Gold Shakopee Skating Academy.

​Wren graduated high school in 2022 and was salutatorian of her class at Minnesota Virtual Academy. She is a student at University of Minnesota - Twin Cities in the Hubbard School of Journalism and Mass Communications.
Her other interests include being outdoors, reading fantasy novels, spending time with her family and friends and her cats Cole and Schulyer.
